Estonian Spas

In Estonia many hotel structures are provided with modern relaxation centres, offering complete treatments, from thalassotherapy to the popular sauna. These centres are provided with heated swimming pools, Jacuzzis and energizing cascades. Each customer is provided with a personal treatment program. Spa centres can be found all over the country, above all in Tallinn but also in Parnu and in the island of Saaremaa. Saaremaa boasts a deep tradition as far as concerns wellness centres.
